Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched via our nominated courier or Australia Post. 

Shipping Costs Are Detailed Below: 

Standard Shipping : $15.00

Express (recommended): $25.00

We attempt to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 1-2 days of being received - excluding public holidays, weekends and orders that have pre-order items. Please note that standard shipping can take up to 2 weeks depending on location and time frame may be subject to change during flash sales and busy periods.

 

DELIVERY TIMES / TRACKING:
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent.

Domestic: 1-5 Business Days

These dates are a guideline. Delivery times may differ from the suggested list above due to public holidays, weekends, adverse weather and other circumstances. 

 

International Shipping

We ship all international orders via DHL Express. Dispatch time for international orders is 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.  

The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your cart and the delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery time for international orders depends on the delivery destination which can take anywhere from 3-12 business days. Please note is might not include local custom clearance time.

International Duty and Taxes

For all customers who place an order outside of Australia, you are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country. We have no knowledge of and take no responsibility for the laws outside of Australia.

Please ensure all your details are correct as all orders are final and once your order is confirmed, shipping cannot be cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address and product. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address ava and The Willow will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address or size, please contact us immediately at avaandthewillow@gmail.com so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you within a reasonable. Ava and The Willow is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit.

Shipping fees do not include local taxes or import/customs duties or any other additional costs for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if any applicable taxes or charges will be associated with your order we recommend contacting your local customs office. If such charges apply to your order and you do not wish to pay them Ava and The Willow will not issue a refund or reimbursement for your order.

We strongly recommend that you return your items with tracking and that you keep a copy for your records. Please note that return shipping is at your expense and Ava and The Willow does not issue credit for shipping costs.
